The Naugle Group is the concept of Kevin Langdon, an engineer whose experience with recruiters left more to be desired.  Few recruiters are very technical and often work within broad industry areas.  This results in gross mistakes in the matching of potential candidates and opportunities.  Naugle Group seeks to fix this by focusing on a specific growing technology area and providing expertise in screening and finding the best candidates and job openings in the market.

Kevin currently resides in Lewsiburg, Pennsylvania, where The Naugle Group is headquartered.   Kevin attended Messiah College in Grantham, PA where he gained a degree in Computer Science.  While there, Kevin helped create D2 Media (now AndCulture) based in Harrisburg.  Langdon then moved to Philadelphia where he worked as Manager of Advanced Engineering for Comcast.  After Comcast, Kevin helped start Dynasign a successful digital signage company based in San Jose.  Most recently, in Boston, Kevin helped create Brightcove.  Brightcove is a quickly growing company that provides the most comprehensive Internet TV service available today.
